In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an Account on the 588wen Platform, or by accessing any part of the Platform whether or not you have registered an Account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 588wen Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account and must immediately cease using the 588wen Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 588wen with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

3.1 Age Requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of Account access and withholding of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
3.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Access to and use of the 588wen Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 588wen makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction outside the scope of its operating licence.
4.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 588wen login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your Account credentials with any third party. 588wen will never request your password through any communication channel.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 588wen support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 588wen shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
4.3 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 588wen Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be deemed inactive. 588wen reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available from the support team. 5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by 588wen during support operating hours (9 AM – 1 AM PKT, seven days a week). 588wen aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to fund the Account and in the name of the registered Account holder.

5.6 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. The use of the 588wen Platform for money laundering, or the deposit of funds derived from illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 588wen are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated for each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games, certain table games, and specific slot titles — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated for each promotion. Bonus Funds that expire prior to completion of wagering requirements will be forfeited without compensation.
6.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible Player once only. 7.1 Game Integrity. 7.2 Technical Malfunctions. 8.5 In-Play Betting. In-play markets are available on selected events. 12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 588wen's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
12.4 588wen's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 588wen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at 588wen.club/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 588wen Privacy Policy.
13.2 588wen processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have consented — marketing communications. 15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
